How to Measure for the Perfect Fit
1. For Martingale & 'O'-ring style collar:

These types of collars should easily slip over your dog's head but should not fall off when your dog lowers its head.
To measure correctly, use a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your dog's head, just before the ears, as shown in the picture below.
Please take an exact measurement and ensure the tape is SNUG👇
The measuring tape should be SNUG, you should still be able to pull it over your dog's head and down to the neck without adding extra centimeters.
We ensure there is plenty of room in the collar size for your dog's comfort. If your measuring tape is too loose, the collar will end up being too big!
If your dog's neck is nearly the same size as its head, please measure both the head and neck, and use the largest measurement.
Please do not measure your current collar.
2. For Buckle style collar:
With your measuring tape, please measure your dog's neck in the middle, where the collar is normally worn, as shown in the picture below.👇.
Please take an exact measurement of your dog's neck, ensuring the tape is snug and tight enough. The measuring tape should be placed snugly around the neck while measuring, without adding extra space; otherwise, the collar may end up being too big.
We leave plenty of room in the collar size for your dog's comfort.
